Come experience the magic of Breath Work. Where we drop the mind and enter the cosmic space of the true self. A space where we may confront our shadows and/or experience a deep sense of joy and creativity. This breathwork is a powerful, active meditation that uses a specific breathing pattern to help release stress, clear emotional blockages, and connect you more deeply to your inner self. This workshop is an introduction to breathwork with group integration. You will experience a full breathwork session along with simple everyday breathing practices.
