Raise your vibe with Anna Rose for an Energetic Reset this Spring. This monthly sound bath emersion is your chance to dive deep into release and energetic cleansing. Pairing sounds, vibrations and frequencies with intention, ancient reiki and biofeild tuning, these sessions become focused, deep healing opportunities to renew, release and rejuvenate your mind and body. During these sessions, Anna will be focusing on different energy centers, emotions, and intentions paired with the supporting frequencies and sounds. Feeling transformed on a deeper level is the essence of this practice. You are invited to be curious about your energetic wellbeing, and connect a little deeper with your personal. vibrational energy. This sound bath emersion worksop allows for balance and realignment of our whole self, body, spirit, and soul. About Anna Rose Anna is a proficient story teller, light bringer, and extreme daily grinder. She is also a certified practitioner of Sound & Vibrational Therapy, using Reiki II Practitioner. A 20 year spiritual and healing journey, beginning here at the Lake, has brought me to this beautiful heart space. Although, I wasn’t sure if I was even on a path at times, I have intuitively guided myself to this exact moment. Witnessing first hand the benefits of energy work and healing of my youngest son, I am passionate about sharing these opportunities and experiences with my community. Presently, my journey is inspiring me to share a combination of poetry, mindfulness, guided meditations, restorative therapeutic sound practices, and vibrational therapies. I am currently working to expand my practice to include family sessions, children and teens. Utilizing energy work and acoustics, I am able to bring balance and harmony to my inner world, and to those around me. I look forward to expanding the opportunities to share and support others on their journey to elevate their energetic wellbeing, and emotional coherence.
